The road trip today takes us out to get more gas for a grill, but we discuss some important points in being committed to the gospel message. Just as a functioning grill needs fuel if it’s going to cook hamburgers, the Christian is deceiving himself if he isn’t powered by the Holy Spirit.
After our pitstop, we get a little derailed in our conversation, but Nathan sums it up pretty well in the need to commit to doing the right thing, prioritizing the place of serving God, and not to cave in or sell out your faith. We talk about books we’ve been reading, and other studies and activities that have occupied our time lately.
Now, are you ready for some grilled hamburgers? We are, and we like them the same way that God does… Well done my faithful servant! (That’s a joke, it’s OK. You can laugh, or at least roll your eyes at us).
As always, on another road trip, the audio might be less than desired, but the topic is an important one.
