Point out that Paul’s encouragement about waiting for the return of Christ
applies to believers today as we continue to await His return.

TRANSITION:

Paul concluded his second letter to the church at Thessalonica
by being an example of what it means to live in obedience to God’s commands
while waiting on the return of Christ.
